arranging a BIG meet in cumbria/ NW
hi there,
we have posted on another site about arranging a meet, and
the best advice we got from moderators (who have hosted
many successful meets) was to find a location and let them
know when to be there!!!
so with this in mind it is exactly what has to be done to get
anywhere.....the suggestions box is well and truly open....hotels
or private function venues is what we need people! tho i
must confess i will be the last one to walk up to my local hotelier
and ask if we can all 'swing' in his ballroom.....
heehee
if we all pull together and get a good idea of how many people
will be attending, we can find somewhere!!! we dont want
any nosey neighbours tho, unless they're willing
to join in!!
post ANY suggestions, also any help arranging this kinda
thing would be soooo much appreciated
